Sea-buckthorn berries strengthen the immune system, help prevent heart and lung disease, counteract inflammations and strengthen against stress-related disorders. Moreover, these berries contain high levels of the antioxidating vitamins C, A, E, K and P, as well as different forms of B vitamin: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
