Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, stock availability and price increases effected by suppliers.

1. Delivery Time

Our aim is to send your products within one working day. The normal delivery time is between 3- 15 working days from the day the order is placed (most orders are delivered within 3-6 working days). In case of unexpected demand on large volume, delivery may be delayed. If a product is out of stock, it will be sent to you as soon as we receive it from our suppliers.

2. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent (along with purchase information) to your supplied email address as soon as we have recieved cleared payment.

3. Payment Options

At present we accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal payments. Payment by credit card is handled by our payment partner PayPal (www.paypal.com) to guarantee secure payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with VISA and MasterCard. Follow these steps:- Choose your credit card type i.e. Visa or Mastercard, enter your card number, expiry date and security code (you will never be requested to reveal your pin code). A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money in your account. The money is then reserved in your account, which means it is no longer available for your use but has not yet been transferred to GO FOR LIFE AB. When the Payment is accepted by PayPal you will receive an email confirmation and your order will be processed.

IMPORTANT! To ensure your safety and protection against fraud we use a secure order form. This means that all content on the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters) and no external parties will be able to access the information you have given.

Problems with Making a Credit Card Payment?

To continue shopping with your credit card, your browser must accept third party cookies. Follow these steps to ensure your card is accepted:- Firefox: Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy on the top of the panel -> Select the checkbox labelled ‘Accept cookies from sites.’-> Select the checkbox labelled ‘Accept third-party  cookies.’-> Click OK - Internet Explorer: Go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy and press the Advanced options, where you check in the top box called “Override automatic cookie handling”. Then press OK - Mac / Safari: Go to Settings -> Security -> Accept Cookies: Always.

4. Delivery

Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge. Orders under £100 are shipped according to the standard shipping charge taking into account size, weight etc. Your products will be sent directly to your home address. Larger shipments may need to be collected from your local post office.

5. Shipping and Handling

GO FOR LIFE AB accepts responsibility for products that are are damaged or go missing during transport. However, you must contact our Customer Service department within 14 days to claim a refund. If you wish to return damaged products for a refund, please ask for proof of posting  (or send registered post) at your post office as we cannot accept responsibility for products that are damaged or missing during the return transport.

6. Returns Policy

You have the right to return undamaged and unused products. Notification must be sent immediately upon receipt of the delivery or at the latest 5 days after receipt of goods. Please contact our Customer Services department send notification to: Go FOR LIFE AB, Grev Turegatan 8B, 11446, Stockholm, Sweden. The Please include the following information: a) order number b) invoice number c) title of the product you wish to return. The returned product must be in an unused and undamaged state in its original packaging (seals or plastic unbroken). Return the product together with the original invoice. State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice. You will be required to pay the freight cost for the return. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

GO FOR LIFE guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact Customer Service at www.goforlife.eu without delay or at the latest within 5 days after receipt of goods. Customer Services will take care of your complaint and send you a return label with pre-paid postage. Return the product in the state that it was received along with a damage or error report. The returned product must be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package (seal or plastic unbroken). Return the product together with the original invoice. State the cause of the return on the back side of the invoice.

IMPORTANT! You must contact Customer Services before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products to get the return request approved and the return postage paid. The responsibility for damaged products is limited to the terms stated.

7. Undelivered Goods

If we receive packages that have not been collected at the post office, we reserve the right to charge you for shipping and handling costs both ways. An invoice will be sent to you. The invoice must be paid within 10 working days.

8. Personal Information

All personal information supplied to GO FOR LIFE will be kept confidential.  Your personal information will be used to maintain contact with you as our customer and for direct marketing of companies other than GO FOR LIFE.  You reserve the right to have your customer information deleted or changed at anytime. If you do not wish to be contacted by companies other than GO FOR LIFE, please inform us.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between you as an individual and GO FOR LIFE AB shall be governed by Swedish Law. GO FOR LIFE AB follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority.

10. Force Majure

GO FOR LIFE is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity [or telephone service], and no other Party will have a right to terminate this Agreement  in such circumstances.  Included in force majeure are governmental rulings that negatively affect GO FOR LIFE  products including, but not limited to, warning texts, sales ban, etc. unexpected market depreciation and/or criminal activity that affects the company.
